Payment:
We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Cheque/Postal Order/Bankers Draft (made payable to "Wholesale Mansion"), BACS Bank Transfer

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £10.00 inc VAT to Mainland United Kingdom only. Free delivery on orders over a total of £400 inc VAT. Mainland United Kingdom does not include Northern/Republic of Ireland, BT postcodes, Scottish Highlands and UK Isles.
Delivery is via Next Business Day Courier Service or 1st Class Royal Mail Next Day.
If you require your goods to be delivered to a different worldwide destination please contact our customer service team who will be able to advise on delivery options and costs. They will activate the appropriate delivery costs in your account to allow checkout.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us within this period with your returns information. We will not be able to handle returns without prior notification. Unfortunately after this 14 day period, returned goods will not be accepted. We urge all customers to check goods before signing for them.
In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, they must be returned in original packaging and new condition for full refund. Full refunds are offered on items that are faulty only. Delivery charges will be held for all other returns and/or exchanges. These terms of business are accepted during account creation.
You can return goods to us by post- Please include the order number, the e-mail address and the name & address of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for the return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the address found on our contact us page.
